Wilton is a town in southern Fairfield county, which boarders on the Norwalk River Valley area. It is part of the Northern " Gold Coast" area of Fairfield County. It's population is about 18,000 as of the 2010 census. It's a wonderful town with many Land Trust preserved Open Areas. It has many Historic areas like the original Congregational Church forming much of the center and life of the town in 1726. It also has great commerce in it's center of town with many offerings to shopping and dining.
