Overview

Milford, Connecticut's Gloria Commons is a 55+ community. A homeowners' organization cares for the greenbelts and 50 linked houses in the neighborhood (HOA). Golf courses, the beach, and other necessities are all within driving distance for residents.

Residents can use a clubhouse as a multipurpose room for activities or to hold social events. Enclosed by trees and greenbelts, this tranquil neighborhood feels like a haven. The homeowners' association takes care of grass care, snow removal, and other exterior home maintenance, so residents can kick back and relax. Gloria Commons, a community of 50 connected homes, was started in 2007 and completed in 2015. Depending on the layout, these houses can contain two, three, or even four bedrooms, as well as an attached one or two-car garage. Gloria Commons is a short drive from grocery stores, pharmacies, and shopping centers. Grassy Hill Country Club, Great River Golf Club, and Short Beach Golf Course are just a few of the nearby golf courses. It's a great place to go fishing, swimming, or just strolling along the Long Island Sound Boardwalk. The Peabody Museum of Natural History and the Yale University Art Gallery are both located in New Haven, a half-hour drive away. You can go to New York City by rail.
